Prohibited Platform Behaviours
The following behaviours constitute platform abuse and are strictly prohibited:
Unauthorised access:
- Attempting to access another user's account without their authorisation
- Using stolen, guessed, or brute-forced credentials
- Exploiting session vulnerabilities to access other accounts
- Credential stuffing โ using lists of email/password combinations from other data breaches to attempt AskBiz logins
Service disruption:
- Denial-of-service attacks or any attempt to degrade AskBiz's service
- Sending excessive requests designed to exhaust API rate limits for other users
- Injecting malicious code, scripts, or content into the platform
- Attempting to disrupt authentication, session management, or data integrity
Circumventing controls:
- Creating multiple accounts to circumvent Free plan question limits
- Using VPNs or proxies to circumvent geographic restrictions or sanctions compliance
- Sharing subscription access with non-authorised users to avoid purchasing additional seats
- Manipulating the platform to obtain outputs that would otherwise be declined
Account Sharing Policy
AskBiz subscriptions are per-user (individual accounts) or per-organisation (Business plan with defined team seats). Account sharing โ multiple people using the same login credentials โ is not permitted beyond the seats included in your plan.
If you need multiple team members to access AskBiz, upgrade to the Business plan which includes up to 5 team members, each with their own secure login. Additional seats can be added at a per-seat rate.
We detect shared account usage through login pattern analysis (simultaneous sessions from different locations, device fingerprinting, etc.) and may restrict or terminate accounts found to be in systematic violation.
Reporting Abuse
If you discover or suspect platform abuse โ including a security vulnerability that could enable abuse โ report it immediately to security@askbiz.co. We investigate all reports and act swiftly on confirmed abuse.
See our Responsible Disclosure Policy for information on how to report security vulnerabilities safely.
