Consolidated vs Per-Branch Reports

The default dashboard shows consolidated data across all branches — total revenue, total transactions, overall margin, and combined inventory value. This gives you the big picture of your entire business. The Daily Brief summarises performance across all locations, highlighting which branch performed best and which needs attention.

Click the branch selector in the top navigation to filter any dashboard or report to a single branch. All metrics recalculate for that location only — revenue, margin, staff performance, inventory levels, and customer data. Switch between branches quickly to compare. The filter persists as you navigate between pages until you change it.

The Branch Comparison report shows all locations side by side. Compare revenue, transaction count, average basket size, refund rate, staff productivity, and inventory turnover. Identify your best and worst performing locations. Use the data to share best practices — if one branch achieves 35% higher basket size, investigate what they are doing differently.

Ask location-specific questions: Which branch had the highest margin last month? Which location has the most dead stock? Compare revenue per staff member across all branches. The AI uses your multi-location data to answer with specific numbers and recommendations. Decision Memory tracks insights per branch so context builds over time.
