Upon receipt of a valid counter-notice, we will notify the original complainant. If the complainant does not file a court action within 10-14 business days, we may restore the content.

UK and EU Copyright Complaints

For rights holders in the UK and EU, AskBiz handles copyright complaints under the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 (UK) and Directive 2019/790 (EU).

Submit your complaint to legal@askbiz.co with the same information listed above. We will respond within 5 business days and, where the complaint is valid, remove the infringing content promptly.

For urgent matters involving commercial-scale infringement, contact legal@askbiz.co with the subject line 'Urgent Copyright — Commercial Scale'.

Repeat Infringer Policy

AskBiz will terminate the accounts of users who are found to be repeat copyright infringers. A 'repeat infringer' is a user who has had more than two valid copyright notices filed against content they uploaded or generated within a 12-month period.

We implement this policy in compliance with DMCA Section 512(i) and equivalent EU and UK requirements.
