Connect your Etsy shop to AskBiz for order analytics, top product insights, and marketplace revenue tracking.
What connecting Etsy unlocks
Connecting your Etsy shop gives AskBiz access to your order volume, revenue, top-selling listings, average order value, refund rate, and review score trends. If you sell across Etsy and other channels (Shopify, Amazon), AskBiz consolidates all your revenue into one view.
Step 1 — Connect via OAuth
Go to Settings → Integrations → Etsy and click Connect Etsy Shop. You will be redirected to Etsy's authorisation page. Log in with your Etsy seller account credentials and click Allow Access. You will be redirected back to AskBiz.
Step 2 — Select your shop
If you have multiple Etsy shops under the same account, AskBiz will ask you to select which shop to connect. You can connect additional shops later from Settings → Integrations → Add Shop.
Step 3 — Initial import
AskBiz imports your Etsy order history (up to 2 years), active listings, and shop stats. The import typically takes 10 to 25 minutes depending on your order volume.
Ongoing sync
Etsy data syncs every 8 hours. New orders, cancellations, and refunds are reflected within one sync cycle. Listing changes (price updates, new products) sync within 24 hours.
