What the insights feed shows#
The insights feed is a live stream of observations from AskBiz watching your data. Each insight is tagged by urgency:
- High (red) — something needs immediate attention (e.g., critically low stock)
- Medium (amber) — worth reviewing soon (e.g., margins below 15%)
- Low (warm) — tips and suggestions (e.g., recommended questions to ask)
How insights are generated#
AskBiz analyses your uploaded files and connected sources to detect:
- Products with critically low stock (below 5 units)
- Products with margins below 15%
- Revenue anomalies vs previous periods
- Opportunities to ask better questions
Insights update when you load the page and when new data is added.
Acting on insights#
Click any insight to take action — it'll either navigate you to the relevant page (Alerts, Files, Sources) or open AskBiz chat with a pre-filled question.
