Business Health Score on My Business
How the Business Pulse health score works on the My Business page and what each score range means.
The health score ring#
The large animated ring at the top of My Business shows your Business Pulse score from 0 to 100. The colour changes based on your score:
- Green (70–100) — your business is performing well across key metrics
- Amber (50–69) — stable but one or two areas need attention
- Red (below 50) — action needed on multiple fronts
What feeds into the score#
The health score is calculated from four components:
- Revenue trend — is revenue growing, flat, or declining?
- Margin health — are your margins stable or being squeezed?
- Stock risk — do you have low-stock or stockout situations?
- Cash flow — is cash coming in faster than it's going out?
Each component contributes to the overall score. The summary text below the ring tells you which area is pulling the score down.
Taking action#
If the health score shows an issue, click What should I do? below the summary. This sends the top issue to AskBiz chat for a personalised recommendation.
The score updates automatically as new data syncs from your connected sources.
