Logging in as a floor worker#

Floor workers do not use email to log in. Open pos.askbiz.co on any phone, tablet, or shared device and tap PIN Login. Enter your unique 4-digit PIN — your manager will have provided this when setting up your account.

Once logged in, your dashboard shows only the capture buttons your permissions allow. For example, if you have camera.intake and camera.output, you will see Intake and Output buttons. You will not see options outside your assigned role.

If you do not have a PIN or it is not working, ask your manager to check Settings → POS → Staff and regenerate your PIN.

Opening the capture dashboard and submitting#

Tap the capture button for the event you are logging (for example, Output). The capture form opens in four steps:

1. Photo — tap the camera icon to take a photo, or tap the gallery icon to upload an existing image. The photo is mandatory — you cannot submit without one.

2. Type — the capture type is pre-filled based on the button you tapped. You can change it if needed.

3. Notes — optional but recommended. Include the batch reference, quantity, or any relevant context your supervisor needs to approve the capture.

4. Submit — tap Submit Capture to send it to the pending approval queue.

You will see a confirmation screen with a Pending status badge. Your capture is now visible to supervisors.

After submission — what to expect#

Once submitted, your capture is in the pending queue. You do not need to take any further action unless a supervisor rejects it.

If a supervisor approves your capture, it becomes part of the formal production record. You may see the status update to Approved on your dashboard if you are still logged in.

If a supervisor rejects your capture, you will see a Rejected status with the reason your supervisor entered. You should review the reason, correct the issue (for example, retake the photo or correct the capture type), and resubmit.
