Filtering Your Shipments
How to filter shipments by status — active, all, or delivered — to focus on what needs attention.
Filter options#
The Shipments page has three filter tabs:
- Active — shows shipments that are Pending, Picked Up, In Transit, Out for Delivery, Customs Hold, Delayed, or Exception. This is the default view.
- All — shows every shipment including delivered ones
- Delivered — shows only completed shipments
Click a tab to switch views. The count updates to show how many shipments match each filter.
Finding a specific shipment#
If you have many shipments, scroll through the list or use your browser's find function (Ctrl+F / Cmd+F) to search by tracking number, supplier name, or SKU.
