Business Address Setup
How to add your business address in AskBiz — required for shipping quotes, invoices, and carrier booking.
Why your address is needed#
Your business address is used for:
- Shipping quotes — the quote tool on My Business needs your origin address to calculate carrier rates
- Invoices — your address appears on plan invoices and receipts
- Compliance — some features (VAT reports, HMRC compliance) require a registered address
Adding your address#
Go to Settings → Business address and fill in:
- Business name
- Phone number
- Address line
- Town/city
- County/state
- Postcode/ZIP
Click Save to store your address. You can update it at any time.
