Team Management in Settings
How to invite team members, assign roles, manage pending invitations, and remove members from your AskBiz account.
Inviting team members#
Go to Settings โ Team and click Invite member. Enter their email address and select a role:
- Admin โ full access to all settings, billing, and data
- Member โ can use chat, view dashboards, and access tools but cannot change settings or billing
- Viewer โ read-only access to shared dashboards and reports
The invited person receives an email with a link to join your team.
Managing existing members#
The team list shows each member's name, email, role, and status (active or pending). You can:
- Change a member's role
- Resend a pending invitation
- Remove a member from the team
Removed members lose access immediately but can be re-invited later.
Seat billing#
Each team member uses one seat on your plan. Check your current seat count and limit in Settings โ Billing. If you've reached your seat limit, you'll need to upgrade or remove an existing member before inviting someone new.
