Notification Preferences

Go to Settings → Notifications to control which emails you receive:

• Alert emails — receive an email when a custom alert is triggered (e.g., revenue drops 20%)
• Daily brief — receive your business summary each morning
• Weekly digest — a weekly roundup of key metrics and insights
• Product updates — announcements about new features

Toggle each on or off independently.

In-app notifications appear as badges or banners within AskBiz when you're logged in. These include:

• Alert triggers
• Sync completions and errors
• Team activity (new member joined, invitation accepted)

In-app notifications cannot be individually disabled but are cleared once viewed.

If you're on a team plan, you can also control whether team-level events (member joins, role changes) generate notifications. These settings are under the Team section.
