Localisation and Currency Settings
How to set your preferred currency, language, date format, and timezone in AskBiz.
Setting your currency#
Go to Settings → Localisation and select your preferred currency from the dropdown. This affects how monetary values are displayed across the entire app — dashboards, KPI cards, chat answers, and reports.
Common options include GBP (£), USD ($), EUR (€), KES (KSh), and 40+ other currencies.
Language and date format#
AskBiz supports multiple languages for the interface. Select your preferred language and date format:
- Date formats: DD/MM/YYYY (UK), MM/DD/YYYY (US), YYYY-MM-DD (ISO)
- Number formats: 1,234.56 (UK/US) or 1.234,56 (EU)
These settings apply to all reports, charts, and exports.
Timezone#
Set your timezone so that daily briefs, alerts, and scheduled reports arrive at the right time for your location. AskBiz uses this timezone for all time-based calculations and displays.
