Privacy and Compliance Settings
How to manage data consent, AI training consent, and compliance settings in your AskBiz account.
Privacy controls#
Go to Settings → Privacy to manage:
- Data processing consent — AskBiz needs this to analyse your data and provide insights. You can see when consent was given.
- AI training consent — optional. Allows anonymised data to improve AskBiz models. Fully opt-in.
- Data retention — view how long your data is stored and request early deletion
Compliance section#
Settings → Compliance (available on Business plans) provides:
- GDPR compliance status overview
- Data processing records
- Third-party data sharing audit
- Export your compliance report for auditors
Your rights#
You have the right to:
- Access — request a copy of all data AskBiz holds about you
- Rectification — correct inaccurate data
- Erasure — request deletion of your data
- Portability — export your data in a standard format
