The branch picker#

When you have two or more branches, a Branch dropdown appears at the top of your POS dashboard, just below the tab bar. It defaults to All Branches, which shows consolidated data across every location.

Select a specific branch to filter the entire dashboard — revenue cards, transaction list, inventory count, and staff metrics all update to show only that branch's data.

What gets filtered#

The branch filter affects:

  • Overview tab — revenue, sales count, refunds, average sale, gross profit, margin, and the sales-by-hour chart all reflect the selected branch
  • Inventory tab — only products assigned to the selected branch are shown. When viewing All Branches, each product displays a branch label
  • Staff tab — shows all staff regardless of branch, but their assigned branch is visible next to their role
  • Audit tab — always shows data from all branches for complete oversight

Using the AI with branch data#

The Ask page aggregates all branches automatically. You can ask branch-specific questions like:

  • 'What was revenue at the Downtown branch yesterday?'
  • 'Which branch has the most low-stock items?'
  • 'Compare sales between Main and Nyali this week'

The AI breaks down data per branch when relevant, giving you a consolidated view with per-location detail.
