Completing Repairs and Customer Collection

Mark repair jobs as complete, capture checkout photos, link payments, and manage the customer collection process.

Marking a job as complete#

Once the repair is finished, the engineer taps 'Mark Complete' and adds any final notes. A checkout photo of the repaired item is captured to document its condition. The job status moves to 'Ready for Collection' and the customer is notified automatically.

Payment and checkout#

When the customer arrives, open the job and tap 'Collect & Pay'. The outstanding balance is shown. Payment can be taken via your standard POS payment methods. The repair transaction links to the original job, keeping your financial records unified.

Collection flow#

After payment, the customer signs on screen to confirm collection. The job moves to 'Collected' status. A final receipt is generated and can be sent via WhatsApp or email. The entire job history, including photos and notes, is archived for future reference.
